THE JORGE
AND RINNY LOZANO INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN
CHARITABLE TRUST FOUNDATION
EST. JULY 2003
Dedicated to the development of educational, health,
environmental, and skills training facilities for
the people of Indonesia.
Our activities are supported solely by contributions
and gifts from our supporters who share our vision
of education, environmental awareness and democratic
independence for all Indonesian people.
Our endeavors in Indonesia are focused on the direct
involvement of support volunteers in the education
of elementary aged students in the process of
democratic government, political involvement and
participation in the political process.
We take a fundamental approach in the teaching of
the processes that make democracy work as well as
the importance of conservation and environmental
stewardship.
The transformation of Indonesia to a true democracy
has come about after a long struggle by Indonesians
to have fair and accountable representation of
Indonesian people in their elected government.
We provide educational materials and curriculum to
institutions such as schools and orphanages that are
in need of additional support and educational
materials. We are non denominational and do not have
a religious agenda other than supporting basic human
rights for all Indonesian people regardless of
personal beliefs. We embrace the National State
philosophy in Indonesia of Pancasila (pan-cha-sila)
which translates to “Five principals”. These five
principals are:
1. Belief in one God.
2. A just and civilized society.
3. Unity of Indonesia.
4. Democracy.
5. Social Justice for all Indonesians.
Environmental issues also are of major concern to
our involvement in Indonesia. Education of the
impact of pollution to the environment and health
issues related to pollution are essential to bring
about change and a healthier lifestyle for
Indonesians. Access to clean water and waste
treatment are limited. The reduction of vehicle
emissions and limits to factory discharges and
treatment to industrial waste are essential to the
continued development of Indonesia.
We believe that only through education and support
of non government organizations such as this can
Indonesia truly progress to become a model country
for all of Asia.
The Rama Street Project;
The Rama Street Project is dedicated to
providing a safe respite for children and young
adults with no means of support. It is a safe
house located in Bandung where children can get
a meal, receive medical attention and
participate in educational programs provided by
our support volunteers. This project is in great
need of additional support in the way of food
donations, clothing, furniture, and medical
equipment.
Please support our efforts today with a generous
contribution to our cause.
